May we answer your questions?

Will I be charged upon placing an order, including pre-order items?

Yes, your form of payment selection will be charged promptly. For security purposes, we do not store payment information.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately once an order has been submitted, we cannot make changes or cancel it, with the exception towards pre-order items. To cancel a pre-order item, please email us at info@evoathletica.com with your order number and we will handle the request accordingly.

When will I receive my order?

For stock items, order processing time is within 2 business days upon email confirmation of order acknowledgement, before it ships. Shipping times vary and are dependent upon location. Please reference to our Shipping Policy page for details.

Can I track my order?

Included in our service and upon shipping of your order, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. At times emails maybe redirected into your spam or promotions folders, please be sure to check these as well. Kindly note that updated tracking information from carriers can take up to a few days to post, if your order is taking longer than the usual processing time, please contact us with your order number at info@evoathletica.com and we will be glad to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada only, with a desire to expand and service beyond our country. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for updated details.

What is the return policy?

One of our missions is to provide you with best-in-class customer support, and satisfaction towards your purchases. Upon delivery of your order, if desire you may initiate a return/exchange request within 14 days by emailing us at info@evoathletica.com, for complete details please visit our Refund Policy page.
